This unusual foundation is a certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit, incorporated in Florida, owned by public trust, led by unpaid directors, and managed by unpaid volunteers.  Every person in our organization is unpaid!  Thus, our motives cannot be disputed!  We are givers!

Our single purpose is to deliver hope and sustainability to our planet and our clients (coral reefs and lost, forgotten, isolated, and hopeless people).

What Inspires Us?

Death and Hopelessness can be a self-limiting prophecy.  We draw on social innovators, directors, and volunteers to provide sustainability to our clients. Our foundation uses every penny of our assets to deliver our mission.

Our Mission

We exist to deliver sustainable life and hope to the hopeless. From dying coral reef beds to parents struggling to feed their families, to those battling depression with no relief in sight, to victims of famine or war with no food or shelter, to those people with Autism and other unmet Special Needs, we are here to discover your plight, find a technology or service that will uplift you, and restore and sustain your hope for your future.

My Responsibility:

 As the Foundation’s President and Director, a volunteer myself, my primary role is to discover achievable missions and clients who are hopeless and make sure that each member of our team understands those needs and our plan for delivering hope.
