The Social Good Innovation Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, with no compensation of any sort made to our directors, staff, or volunteers. We will identify, buy, distribute, and, if necessary - create products and services that will create sustainable happiness and hope for 'forgotten people'.
As with all Nonprofit organizations, no individuals own 'The Fund' - it is publicly chartered and certified.
Our unpaid directors will manage our activities in strict compliance with our Articles of Incorporation under the watchful eye of the IRS. Nonprofits are one of the greatest entrepreneurial achievements of democracy globally.
'The Fund' does not accrue assets other than are required to support our clients and innovators. We are a conduit for innovation, production, and delivery of products and services to those in extreme need. The use of all funds will be reported quarterly through a certified report on this website.
